The end-user sends the product to the dealer,
GRANDPRODUCTS or the authorised service centre
together with a proof of purchase. The product
will be repaired or exchanged and returned to
the customer.
Not covered by warranty:
The contractual warranty does not cover repairs
following abnormal use of a product, such as incorrect
use or connection, damage from impact or dropping,
damage from fire, water, accidental line surge,
lightning, modification or repair by any unauthorised
service centre. |
